Not talking about the whole car, just the front.
It looks like the same grill assembly. Headkights are very close, the accord's slope a little higher.
They have a nearly identicle front windscreen.
And it looks like the hood would even swap over. It still looks like a kitted accord from the front.
Your e34 looks like an e30 and e32 ;)
